Male American Goldfinch

Male American Goldfinch

Location: Earth » North America » United States » Michigan » Washtenaw County

Date: May 5, 2008

Image corrected to proper species. Not a particularly helpful cluster of ID characteristics, but this is a common vantage point.

Warbler
I'm pretty sure this is not a goldfinch. I'm not confident with warbler IDs, but I think it's a yellow warbler, and a great shot too.

Photo
I need to make this feature more obvious, but you can move an image after you've posted it. You should see a link under the photo called "Select". Click that and you'll get a copy of the image on the left. You can select more than one image at a time if you want. Then you'd surf the taxonomy to the proper location, like here: (Dendroica petechia). There you'll see a link called "Move Selected Media to this Taxon" under the images. Click that and your photo(s) will be moved.

Changed Taxon
Media was moved from Carduelis tristis. Since this one is a duplicate of (Image: Male Yellow Warbler), I'll move this to the Recycle Bin.

Changed Taxon
Image changed to correct species. Please accept my apology for the confusion.

Media was moved from Recycle Bin.
