Hi Jeff:
I'm goin' with Domestic Muscovy (Cairina moschata).
I've seen some images on-line and yours seems to have an exceptionally lage amount of red warting on the head-neck.
David Sibley writes on page 89 of "The Sibley Guide to Birds" first edition: "Interbreeding produces a bewildering variety of plumages and sizes...." and "Varies from all-white to nearly all-black."
