Can you crop the image to show only the bird? Then Edit the image and replace the existing file with the cropped one? I think that will help us get an ID.

Also, I added the Caymans to the locations list if you want to modify that setting as well.

I Know Nothing About Birds on the Caymans
Awkward on land and the posted image indicates a grebe, if not a Pied-billed Grebe, something closely related.

I think David has it.

All About Birds shows Pied-billed Grebes in the Caribbean year-round, and notes that "other grebes lack black band on bill."

Wikipedia only lists two grebes for the Caymans: the pied-billed and the least grebe.
