Richard's Pipit.
Scientific name: Anthus novaeseelandiae

We have always called these little fellas 'Road Runners'.
They never stop still, always on the move.
They follow me around when I'm on the Ride-on Mower.
They are very hard to see cause they blend into the grass.
Only ever seen adult birds here.
It perches on stones or shrubs, wagging it's tail up and down.
