Ruby-throated, yes
Though there are other red-throated hummers, they all show a characteristic this one doesn't, and would be rare to unknown in Oklahoma.

However, if you have other views of the bird: A ruby-throat has a dark head on top--black-green, not light green. The broad-tailed has the rosy-red throat, but a green top of head, and in profile has a white line that runs from its chin to an eye-ring (none in ruby-throat), and then the white line continues down the neck to the white on the breast. From behind, a ruby-throat tail has no rufous; a broad-tailed does. A calliope hummer has a rose throat but a wider white line from gape to neck. Anna's not only has the white line on the face and neck, but doesn't have the white "bib" below the red throat that a ruby-throated does. And all would be very unusual sightings in Oklahoma, though they have occurred there.

On the principle of "if you hear hoofbeats, don't expect zebras"...(well, not in Oklahoma) it's a Mr. Ruby.
