Dipper

Dipper

Location: Earth » Europe » United Kingdom » Scotland

Date: May 9, 2007

This Dipper (also known as the White-throated Dipper), was busy finding food to carry to its nest under a small bridge, in the Findhorn Valley in the Scottish Highlands.
It really was a joy to watch as the bird would disappear under the water to surface some feet away but only moments later with a bill full of wriggling morsels.
