Barn Swallows

Location: Earth » North America » United States » Virginia » Charlotte County

Date: June 18, 2005

These Barn Swallow fledglings were just out of the nest; perching on the ladder rung to the loft within the barn. There were 5 in this brood. The parents annually use the same nest adding material to it and raise 2 broods each season.
