You wrote that this is the same bird but now the date is February 5th instead of May 28th. February 5th would better explain the plumage & bill color but now I'm more puzzled. Help me understand.

correction. This is the right date. I think I had gotten some other picture mixed up with it. I will edit the other photo. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the ID!
