Not sure what this is

Date: August 29, 2010 Terrible photo, I know, but I'm hoping someone can ID this. It was in Hamilton, ON.

Blackburnian Warbler?
The framing around the dark auriculars and the two bold wing-bars remind me of a Blackburnian Warbler.
