Female Costa's on Nest

Female Costa's on Nest
Earth » North America » Mexico » Sonora

Date: March 25, 2010 Most likely a female Costa's (sitting on two eggs). There were six nests within a few hundred feet of each other and only male Costa's in the area defending territories. (a TV camera crew was there just to film the Costa's).
