Troupial on Bonaire

Troupial on Bonaire
Earth » North America » Caribbean » Bonaire

Date: January 2, 2005 Fairly common on Bonaire. These reminded me of Orioles, and indeed Troupials are in the same family as Orioles.

Updates
I made a couple updates. I created a Troupial taxon and added Bonaire, and moved the image there. Wikipedia notes that the Caribbean countries are usually included "geopolitically" with North America, so I put it there for now. We might want to end up using a more biologically-oriented grouping. It's new territory (whoops that's a pun). Hopefully whatever we learn can be put to use on BugGuide if it ever expands its borders.

Thanks for posting!
