Defaults

I've already sent an e-mail regarding this but thought it was worthy a post here as well.

Sure would like to see some defaults in the fields, especialy when it comes to location.

Also, maybe a possibility of uploading more than one image at the same time. Probably a lot to be asking for but what the heck.

Each user account currently has a "default location" field, but only I can set it at the moment, so feel free to tell which location you want to use and I'll set you up. Just use the contact form.

Mike ,
Can you please explain to me why in one post to me , you are getting snaky with me for not putting the Fairy Penguins in the Vic. Melbourne area .
Then I see four hours earlier in reply to another poster , you tell him only you can change the default location .

Two quotes here :

The post to me.

Your default location is set to Queensland, but you can change it each time you post an image if you need to. It would be helpful if you could set the state in the location if it's not Queensland. My knowledge of Aussie geography is just the east coast and whatever I can Google up, but there could be more than one Phillip Island for all I know. That's a big country you have there.

Then the post to another.

I would just like to know one way or the other . :o)

Cheers Kell

Hi Kell, I meant no offense when I asked you about setting the location. The "default location" is the one that you see when you click to add a new image. I set yours to Queensland, but once you're in the new image form you can change the location to anywhere before you submit it (if your web browser will do Javascript).

The "default location" is meant as a convenience because people will most likely post images from where they live.

Please give it a try if you have a non-Queensland image, but if it doesn't work for you, I don't mind setting it.

I hope I'm not causing any trouble guys.
